Job Location: Jodhpur Role & responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize hospital operations, enhance efficiency, and improve patient services. Oversee and monitor day-to-day activities, including staffing, budgeting, resource allocation, and inventory management. Collaborate with different stakeholders to develop and implement standardized operational procedures and protocols. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, healthcare standards, and established policies and procedures. Identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance operational effectiveness and patient outcomes. Train and mentor staff, Preferred candidate profile Bachelor\'s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
